I met a woman, who for the first time in my life, told me that she liked me first. Of course I was on cloud 9. Things went well, we kept up the 2 and 3 hour phone calls nightly. We finally met and I reverted to my old habits of showering way too much affection way too soon. Finally, I was succinctly told to move on and that my intensity scares women away. The worse about all of this is that I know that it does but I can't stop it. What advice do you have for putting me back in control and how do I get to the point of being the one that is contacted and not vice versa?
