I have women taking me out and buying me dinners and gifts all the time... Hey Dave, I always split the cost of a first date. I usually ask a woman out in one of the following ways: 1. After talking to someone at the gym and having a great general conversation, I'd say "hey I'm hungry and was thinking of getting a bite at _____, how about you? She'll usually say something like "sure me too, I'll just get something light" OR "lets do it tommorrow". Then we'll go to some basic place like Cosi or a local Mexican take-out type place where they also have tables. I'll keep the conversation light and say the kind of things that keep her wanting to meet again.....for instance talk about my real estate business. Most people are always out looking to rent or buy. We'll exchange numbers and I say "we'll talk again on the weekend - whoever is free should call the other person".......I never tell a woman that "I will calll her". The food purchase is always split the first time. 2. Sometimes I just find out if she is a jogger or likes to walk in the park. Then we'll set up a date and time to meet at a Park. Then I follow it up as with point 1 above. 90% of the time I get to get completely physical with a woman without having to spend one red cent! This is the truth.....just be funny and cocky a bit, be real, never pay for anything, meet at free places or basic take-out type food places and pay your own way when you order individually (most takeout type places are like that eg: Boston Market). After having had sex with a woman, if I am still interested in her, I may take her out to a nice dinner.....but I always let them know that "life is an equal 2 way street" and that "I find if I have to work too hard for something, I usually loose respect for it"......this line works wonders on every woman I have ever met.
